Nikola Tesla: How To Create The Conditions For Brain Power

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” - oft used quote is attributed to Nikola Tesla as claimed by second party. The concepts of the axiom are certainly important.

If we desire to improve our brain and body performance, so that we do well in academics, sports and life, we need to think of holistic systems. If we take a high output car engine and want it to work at its best, we must do certain things to achieve maximum power. The energy going into the motor is provided by high octane fuel that is transformed into physical work. The ability to do this well depends upon engine efficiency. If we change the temperature of the engine by warming it up, we have actually raised the overall thermal frequencies. The vibration of the particles of fuel going into a hot motor is greater than a cold one.

This basic analogy of physics works in our lives. Tesla proposed that we could improve our brain performance by having high frequency current nearby. The idea is to boost natural processes. We already experience this in various ways. With a cup of tea or hot cocoa, the stimulant effects may increase ability as we burn fuel and elevate the rate of brain firing. Exercise, specific nutrients, and training the brain to run faster can also do this. In addition, we can modify our environment. By changing the energy, frequency, and vibration of sound and light substantial effects may happen. For example, adequate full spectrum indoor lighting can create positive results. Affectors influence us and our functioning.

Tesla thought of electrically wiring school rooms in such a way as to promote achievement. He believed the energy from a device could improve performance. Have you ever seen a tuning fork? It is a tool that resonates at a specific pitch and can be used to tune musical instruments such as pianos. When we gain resonance the piano sounds beautiful and the way it should.

There are some frequencies we may not want or enjoy. In music this is called dissonance or a harsh sound. Likewise, we may experience an improper frequency and energy state and not perform properly. Just like with a finely tuned car engine or musical instrument, we need to optimize our systems. Then we can perform amazingly well.

The holistic approach recognizes that we need to look at all of what is affecting us in an environment. By using as many healthy, performance advancing affectors as possible, we may achieve our goals.
